SHIPPING
We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days from our warehouse located in Dallas, Texas. Please note that shipping delays may occur during collection launches and sale periods, and around public holidays.
Please ensure your delivery address and sizes are correct before checking out. Once your order has been placed we are not able to make any changes, and cannot be held responsible if the address is incorrect or the wrong size was selected.
Free shipping over $200
We offer *free US shipping via DHL (USPS) for orders $200 and over.
$10 upgrade to express shipping via DHL (USPS).
*Please note for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands there is a flat shipping rate of $25 via DHL (USPS) Express Couriers with no free shipping threshold, due to regional restrictions and higher shipping costs.

$10 standard shipping via DHL (USPS) Express Couriers
$20 express shipping via DHL (USPS) Express Couriers
$50 overnight shipping via UPS. Overnight shipping is eligible for major cities only and is not guaranteed. Available for orders placed before 12pm Austin, TX, USA (GMT-5) on Monday's, Tuesday's, Wednesday's and Thursday's and excluding public holidays.

Tracking & delivery
Once your order has been dispatched a shipping confirmation will be sent to your email with your tracking link and updates from DHL (USPS) Express Couriers or UPS Overnight Express Couriers.
If you are unable to be contacted upon delivery and the goods are returned to us, you will be refunded minus a $15usd return shipping fee.
TAX & DUTY CHARGES
State sales taxes where applicable will be added at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer to be paid. These taxes are determined by the laws of your state.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Our most requested pieces rarely stay in stock. Pre-order gives you early access to sold-out styles, offered in limited runs and available only while allocations last. If it’s available to pre-order, it’s worth acting quickly. Secure yours before it’s gone.
Our pieces are produced in intentionally limited quantities to reduce excess and avoid overproduction—supporting a more thoughtful, sustainable approach to fashion. Pre-ordering allows us to better align demand with production, meaning less waste and a lighter environmental impact.
Our pre-order items' secure goods that have not landed in our warehouse as yet, whereby limited numbers have been made available for purchase. You will be charged when the order is placed in the same way you would a normal purchase, and your garment will be priority dispatched once stock arrives.
We do our best to estimate arrival times, but note that this can vary at times due to circumstances out of our control. For all orders containing preorder items, the full order will be sent when the preorder item arrives.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will ship once the pre-order item becomes available.
CHARGEBACK
We value your satisfaction and experience. If something isn’t right, please email us at info@deijistudios.com within 7 days of receiving your order so we can help you.
- If you believe there is an error with your charge or order, please contact us first. In most cases, we can resolve the issue more quickly than your bank.
- If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to dispute it in accordance with U.S. law and card network rules.
- By visiting our site and/or making a purchase you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the Terms of Service located on our website footer and at the checkout.
- Our Return Policy and Faulty policies apply to all purchases.
- We recommend reviewing your billing statements regularly and contacting us promptly if anything appears to be incorrect.
Please note: Your bank can take up to 90 days to resolve a chargeback. While a chargeback is in progress, we are unable to issue a refund or send a replacement order until the dispute has been fully resolved
