SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Dallas Texas USA.

 

ONLINE ORDERS

Once your order has been placed we are unable to make any changes including size amendments or address updates. If your order has already been processed and you’d like to return an item, please visit our Returns Page.

 

SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days from our warehouse in Dallas Texas USA. Delays in dispatch and delivery may occur during collection launches, sale periods and public holidays of 1-2 weeks.

Express and Standard Shipping timeframes apply once your order has been collected by the courier. Express Shipping does not expedite the dispatch timeframe from our warehouse.

 

Complimentary Standard shipping is available on orders $200 and over.

This offer is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Virgin Islands due to regional restrictions and higher shipping costs.


  • $10 upgrade to Express shipping - DHL Express Couriers (USPS)

  • $55 upgrade to overnight shipping - UPS
    Overnight shipping is available for major cities only and is not guaranteed. This option is available for orders placed between Monday - Thursday before 12pm GMT-5 time (public holidays excluded).

 

Orders under $200 have the flat rate options below:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands: $25 Express shipping flate rate - DHL Express Couriers (USPS)


  • $10 Standard shipping - DHL Express Couriers (USPS)


  • $20 Express shipping - DHL Express Couriers (USPS)


  • $65 Overnight shipping - UPS
    Overnight shipping is available for major cities only and is not guaranteed. This option is available for orders placed between Monday - Thursday before 12pm GMT-5 time (public holidays excluded).

 

DELIVERY

Upon dispatch you will be emailed a shipping confirmation with your tracking link.

If you are unable to be contacted upon delivery and the order is returned to us you will be refunded minus an $15USD return shipping fee. 

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

Where applicable, State sales taxes will be added to your order at checkout and are your responsibility to pay. These charges may vary and are determined by the laws of your state.

CHARGEBACK 

We value your satisfaction and experience. If something isn’t right, please email Customer Care within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you.

  • If you believe there is an error with your charge or order, please contact us first. In most cases, we can resolve the issue quicker than your bank.
  • If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to dispute it in accordance with U.S. law and card network rules.
  • By visiting our site and/or making a purchase you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the Terms of Service located on our website footer and at the checkout. 
  • Our Return and Faulty policies apply to all purchases.
  • We recommend reviewing your billing statements regularly and contacting us promptly if anything appears to be incorrect.

Please note: Your bank can take up to 90 days to resolve a chargeback. While a chargeback is in progress, we are unable to issue a refund or send a replacement order until the dispute has been fully resolved.
